So very hot in Alabama

The sunflowers have done really well but required watering daily.  


The althea bush , or Rose of Sharon, always performs. 

I planted several types..one big bloom or lots of smaller ones.

    What are your temps?
    We've been scorching up here in Michigan much of the summer with temps in the 90s nearing a hundred much of the time.
    Ugghhh!

    Same here! Yesterday, my car had it as 103 in the afternoon. Today is going to be as bad.

    Oh my gosh it was so hot this summer I just worked inside decluttering my house of STUFF saved in case I needed it someday, do you know what I mean?
    next spring I am working my my flower beds all spring and summer. Looks like your flowers did just fine
